I give regular talks about conservation choices – please get in touch if you are interested (I’m based near Plymouth but am happy to travel). My upcoming appearances include Norwich Science Festival, Hay Festival, Cheltenham Science Festival and Petworth Festival Literary Week.

My speaking appearances so far range from New Scientist Live to a secondary school in South Korea. Butterflies, ants, bees and spiders have been the themes of my TV and radio appearances, which include BBC Breakfast, BBC Newsround, the One Show, Sky News, the Great Butterfly Adventure, David Attenborough’s Conquest of the Skies, BBC Weather, BBC Radio 4 Today, Virgin Radio and many local radio stations.
